About Karen Hendrickson
Since early in my career as a family law attorney and mediator, I have embraced the
collaborative family law model. Collaborative divorce takes a holistic approach, addressing the
needs of the entire family. In addition to divorce issues, I also work with parents to resolve
co-parenting and child custody disagreements, and help to create pre-marital or post-marital
agreements.
My personal philosophy embraces the tenet that whatever you do in life, do it because you like it,
and approach it enthusiastically; do not hold back, and it will reward you. This is the
cornerstone of my practice and subsequent relationships with my clients.

groups. During the year we conduct longer training opportunities by sponsoring one to three day
workshops for professionals interested in the collaborative process."
